20th Class Reunion Recap - May 2013

A total of 35 of our classmates returned to Hampton to celebrate our 20th class reunion.  We had a great time, the weather was beautiful and the campus never looked better!

CLASS MEETING REPORT: Onyx II is on the move!  Since graduation our classmates have been busy studying and receiving masters, doctoral, law and medical degrees.  We have teachers, school administrators, writers, published authors, government officials (federal, state, and local), senior managers and vice presidents of major corporations and media companies, and several entrepreneurs. We are proud of everyone's achievements! Plans are in the works to develop a business list so we can network as a class.

We also discussed ways to increase giving, supporting the National HU Alumni Association, and preparing for our 25th class reunion in 2018. More information on these and other activities is coming soon. Visit our website frequently!

REUNION CLASS GIFT: Onyx II rose to the occasion when the call went out to donate towards our $40,000 class gift. We were pleased to present a check to the University for $35,000 during the Alumni Dinner - raised in just four months! (The remaining $5000 was raised before Homecoming!). We appreciate everyone's contributions.
